Ingredients
Salad
- 4 cups greens of choices, torn into bite size pieces
- .5 cups dried cranberries
- .5 cups toasted pecan halves
- 3 sliced apples (mix apple types if possible)
- 4 slices cooked + chopped bacon
- 4 tbsp crumbled feta (from block)
Maple Vinaigrette
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tsp dijon mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Make Dressing: Add all dressing ingredients to mason jar, seal lid and shake to combine
- Make Salad: Put lettuce in large bowl. Top with other ingredients in neat piles
- Add dressing and and toss when ready to serve
- Pro Tip: add a protein (salmon, steak, chicken) for a full meal!
