Harvest Fall Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 4 cups greens of choices, torn into bite size pieces
  • .5 cups dried cranberries
  • .5 cups toasted pecan halves
  • 3 sliced apples (mix apple types if possible)
  • 4 slices cooked + chopped bacon
  • 4 tbsp crumbled feta (from block)

Maple Vinaigrette

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tsp dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Make Dressing: Add all dressing ingredients to mason jar, seal lid and shake to combine
  2. Make Salad: Put lettuce in large bowl. Top with other ingredients in neat piles
  3. Add dressing and and toss when ready to serve
  4. Pro Tip: add a protein (salmon, steak, chicken) for a full meal!
